Name of Item: Kaisen Sougu

Location: It is strapped all over Kabun's body.

Description: This is a full body harness that equips the wearer with a moving arsenal under their clothes. Listed are the different weapons it employs and where they are located. (Projectiles are fired via a spring mechanism)
Gloves:
In the glove part of the harness, there are eight senbon seated in each hand (four the palms and four in top of the hand). In the fingers, nin-wire is concealed with tiny hooks at each fingertip.
Arms:
In the metal plates in the forearms are six shuriken per arm. The rest of the mechanism on the biceps are the springs that launch the shuriken out. For this to happen, the user must keep his arm straight so that the springs can properly push the shuriken forwards.
Legs:
The metal plates on the shins contain four kunai per leg. Similarly to the arms, the spring mechanism is built into the thigh and the leg must be straight to launch the kunai out.
Boots:
In the heel of the boots are smoke bombs. To activate them the user must stamp their heel into the ground forcefully and the smoke will come out from holes in the heel. In the toe parts of the boot are two knifes that can be brought to use by tapping the toe gently on the ground (the knife will not come out if too much force is used).
Chest and Back:
A leather chest-piece is worn as minor protection against attacks.

History: Kabun put this harness together as a way for him to have weapons 'at his fingertips' instead of having to reach into his pouches all the time, or using summoning scrolls.

Appearance: A full body harness with small, flexible tubes running up the arms and legs and metal plates on the forearms, shins and hands. The harness includes gloves and boots.

Gloves
How could you fit senbon in the palm area? If you closed your hand, wouldn't you end up stabbing yourself?

How much nin wire is in the gloves? Where could you find room for the nin wire to coil?

Boots
How can simply walking and running not effect the release of the bombs and kunai?

Although it has its complexity, I would say this is more C - B rank

Gloves:
The senbon in the palm are inside a metal plate like the ones in the top of the palm.

There is approximately three feet of wire in each glove finger. The wire is coiled inside leather itself (there is a thin space where it has been threaded through).

Boots:
A very little amount is needed to release the knife in the toe, and anything that puts too much pressure locks it in place. Walking is too much pressure itself, so you can imagine how light you need to tap.

As for the smoke bombs, you need to stamp forcefully straight down onto the heel to release the smoke. While running, pressure is mostly placed on the toe, and walking is too gentle to break the capsule. The only way they would accidentally go off is if the fell on your feet without trying to roll to absorb the impact. That would break your legs so a little smoke would be the least of your worries lol.
