Description: Those in [clan] have adapted chakra which allows them to alter their molecular structure in order to change their density. Notable attributes include decreasing one's density to make them intangible enabiling them to walk through walls or pass through other solid objects. As well as increasing one's density to harden one's skin or incerase strength. [It also gives them the ability to control their atoms despite the decreased density. Meaning they can manipulate the atoms to pass through the spaces of other atoms.]

Decreased Molecular Density Abilities (more later through training perhaps)

intangibility: By decreasing their molecular density, the user is able to become intangible [An object with less molecular density has more space between molecules by manipulating the density, this allows a user to move their less dense atoms through the spaces between an object of higher density.] (The ability to pass through solid objects) However it is must fluctuate throught the body and must remain out of the feet to avoid falling through the floor. (and allowing them to move.) Moving through objects (such as walls, which require the entire body to move through) rellies on the fluctuating of the intangability (making one foot intangable until it gets to the other side of the wall).

• Intaingability only lasts as long as the user can hold his breath, because any attempt to obtain oxygen would pass through them.
  
• The Density can be reasserted to normal levels with a strong enough current of lightning (C rank or Higher).
  
• Taijtusu becomes impossible for the duration.
  
• Speed increases

Skill Level Limitations:

D rank: Only able to increase/decrease density in hands and arms
C and B rank: Only able to increase/decrease density in hands, arms, feet and legs
A rank: Able to increase/decrease density in the entire body, but only for one post with a 2 post cool down.
S rank: Are able to increase/decrease density in the entire body for a maximum of 3 posts with a 2 post cool down.

Although it appears you can practically dodge just about anything or be able to block most objects/jutsu/etc as an S-rank, which most would or may have issues with; your limitations make this ability reasonable.
